- Welcome to Boone Creek Pizza, a wood-fired pizza trailer based in Mineral City, OH. We started our business in May of 2020 and have loved every single minute of it! Every pizza is made with our 'made from scratch' pizza dough, stretched when ordered and topped with our homemade pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella and hand sliced vegetables and meats. We believe that all fresh, homemade ingredients is key to good flavor and are proud of what we have produced.
